My apartment in town centre of Bologna is ideal for a green and eco holidays :-) It's equipped with organic bath products and recycling bins,
energy-efficient lighting and it's cleaned with chemical-free products. And very close the apartment you have a lot options
for breakfast, lunch or dinner with organic and locally grown produce (see Berberè Alce Nero). And I have found creative ways to upcycle used materials into new design objects ... because it is very stylish but also friendly to the earth! And last but dont least: the apartment's location -- in the centre of old town, just a five-minute walking of Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri -- makes for a low-gas getaway! Sounds like a five-star deal to us :-)
